Communisis is an outsourcing business which specialises in integrated marketing services that improve communications between brands and their customers. This can often mean we assume responsibility of existing teams from our clients when we contract with them.

  • Working closely with the customer’s HR team and elected or Trade Union representatives
  • Arranging briefing sessions for all employees
  • Ensuring regular Q&A updates, One-to-one discussions as necessary
  • A full on-boarding and induction process
  • Dedicated HR support within Communisis. 
All of this goes a long way to making stressful situation as stress free as possible.
