Our Finance teams ensure that we balance the books and manage our complex financial landscape. This includes ensuring we are invoicing our clients correctly on time, ensuring our accounts and reporting are accurate and making sure our valued suppliers are paid. Being a PLC, we have significant reporting and regulatory requirements and our Finance team ensure we meet and often exceed those. This includes managing the variety of stakeholders including analysts, shareholders and investors.
Commercial and Marketing:
Commercial and Marketing are made up fo specialist teams who ensure competitive and profitable growth of Communisis. Marketing Insights provide deep insight into sectors, clients and competitors to support Divisional Sales and Marketing in building a richer sales pipeline. Bids support our strategic sales bid process and bid submissions. Commercial create the Commercial framework for our deals and negotiate the commercial terms and contract with the client. Contracts keep records of all Communisis contracts and liaise with our lawyers to ensure that Communisis is protected. Corporate Marketing support Divisional Marketing teams in ensuring we have the tools and expertise to deliver the Communisis brand through our website, social and PR campaigns
