Our Client Services teams are the external face of our business for our clients. Often we are based on site with our clients so that we can become true partners.  Those who are based in Communisis offices still frequently meet our clients face to face so that we can build the trusted relationships that are so important to us.

You will be responsible for ensuring that our clients are constantly delighted, by making sure that we deliver what we need to, when we need to, in the way we need to. Our Client Services teams liaise internally with colleagues, and externally with our suppliers and partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.

Client Services is a fast paced and responsive department so you'll need to be organised and able to multi task and prioritise.  We have high standards and these are matched by our clients who look to us to solve their business problems. That said, we believe that not much is more rewarding that a satisfied client and a job well done.
